In the fast-paced world of real estate, the most valuable insights come from the agents themselves—the individuals who navigate the market's twists and turns every day.
This is why we initiated The Voice of the Agent. What started as a personal project to gain a deeper understanding of the market quickly evolved into a platform that could benefit everyone in the industry, with your participation being a crucial part of it.

This idea is based on Effective Altruism, an investment concept that means doing things that benefit both you and others. So, instead of keeping The Voice of the Agent private or hiding some results, we decided to share everything openly.
The response was overwhelming when we first shared The Voice of the Agent with the industry. Over 500 agents provided honest insights about the market in the inaugural year. This number grew to over 800 the following year, and in 2025, we're aiming for 1,000 participants. This growth is a testament to the thriving community that The Voice of the Agent has become, with each new participant contributing to a more comprehensive understanding of the market.

Participating in The Voice of the Agent offers agents more than just a survey. It provides access to reliable information that empowers you to make informed decisions based on data, not just opinions. It's like one-on-one sessions with top performers to understand what makes them successful. This isn't just a collection of random thoughts; it's a set of focused facts that can guide you through the market, empowering you to make smarter choices.
This year, the survey is split into four easy parts, each taking about 15 minutes:
1. Sales, Lettings, and Marketing: Looking at business performance, pricing trends, and what marketing channels work best.
2. Portals, Proptech, and Sustainability: Exploring how technology and environmental concerns shape real estate.
3. Economics, Politics, and Housing: Reviewing the current government's housing policies and their impact.
4. Consumers and Conveyancing: Offering insights into consumer behaviour and what's ahead in 2026.
After completing each section, agents receive a report plus exclusive data from well-known firms like Opinium and Ipsos Mori. All responses are anonymous and strictly confidential, ensuring you can be honest without worrying about your privacy.
Ultimately, The Voice of the Agent is more than just a snapshot; it's a detailed map for navigating today's market.
