Over the last 24 years, Charlie has specialised in helping the homeowners and buyers of some of the finest town and country homes across Leicestershire to achieve their goals, with clients often averaging completed sale prices between 98% and 110% of the asking price.

Charlie grew up in Market Harborough and after spells working in New York and London, returned to Leicestershire in 2001 and began his career within the property industry. Charlie lives in Kibworth with his fiancée and loves spending time with his family, (three children, two dogs).

Charlie also loves being outdoors – running, walking, cycling, paddleboarding and jumping in water, (or falling in it if he’s trying to surf). “I feel extremely fortunate that my work combines three of my greatest passions: people, property and photography.

But the biggest privilege is in receiving the faith and confidence from a client to help sell their home. Their most treasured asset both emotionally and financially. So, the greatest pride I derive is in delivering the best possible outcome for clients, while helping them to navigate their journeys between significant chapters in their lives.”
